Fraudulent charges
Should have one time nominal charge and no other contact!
I have been charged on my Visa card since August and no one has ever come to my house!!!
I specially discussed the One Time Only cleaning and was assured that I would only be charged for the one cleaning!
Your company overcharged for the visit.. and had continued to charge on my Visa card..
This is a total scam
If you do not refund these charges, the Fraud division at Visa will get their lawyers involved.
I will contact BBB, Sicisl media and will file suit
I got scam!!!

Home aglow will not allow me to speak to an agent, and I don't see any way to cancel the service. I guess I will have to call my lawyer.

No follow up no Customer Service via phone call and then they want to charge five dollars to review why there is no follow up. This company is an absolute joke.
Never confirmed appointment cant get a hold of anyone and then you wanna charge you five dollars to try to speak to Customer Service unbelievable

Many no show cleaners, didnt receive discount, overcharged when cleaner did come. I was still charge monthly fee even when I could not get a cleaner for the entire month to show!

Too many charges
After my call, which I left a VM. I emailed them again.
They answered within 4 hours. They suggested that I use their system instead of going to going to an outside source.
However my concerns were addressed , questions answered. So I did get results
Got a recording and hung up. No live person.
Everything is by email with a 24-48 hour response time. Tried calling sales number but it rang and rang.

This company sucks. The first cleaner never showed up. Then Rebekah changed days and times with me and never showed up.

Lousy work, broke *** on stove.
NEVER EVER AGAIN. I presume it would be like the commercials they really clean.
They just move things around now being that I am handicap I needed the help with the cleaning, I didn't expect this.
According to the advertisement it's missing leading.I don't have money to waste . I THOUGHT this was a reputable company I see it was wrong.

No one is helping me. I have paid in full for services and no one has shown up in 2 weeks.
I paid for service and this is my second week. No one has shown up to clean my home and no one is contacting me back and Im extremely disappointed and disgusted.
They were supposed to show up on 2 June 10 AM. I stayed home.
No one showed up I emailed and no response. I am extremely disappointed.

I canceled the service and I’m still being charged
Ive canceled the service several times and I am continuing to be charged every month. Nobody answers the phone and Im really pissed.
