They snag you with a first time housecleaning for $19, then you are committed to a subscription at $0 a month for five months, which covers NOTHING. Cleaning costs are extra. To cancel is $105
I stated most of my gripe above. But it's a scam.
The one cleaning I did have was horrible. She was as slow as can be and didn't even finish the first two items on the list.
Because they charged me the first month's subscription fee and the cleaning fee, and I tipped her because that's the kind of person I am. What a mistake!

Pissed off
I have been dealing with this company since July 11 of 25. Ive been paying $44.12 a month for a service.
I am not using I could not stand the company. Nothing they said was true and I was just very disappointed with him I called him several times to dispute this matter and they just totally ignore me

This company is a fraud. They don't have live customer service agents.
They keep sending you to other websites and you still don't get any answers. I've been trying to get in touch with a live agent with no luck. I've even tried the email that they gave me which actually sends you back to the same system you just came from. This is nothing but a scam to get you into there system so that they can take your money and not give you what they promise.
I have told friends and family that need help cleaning to not use this service. They lie and the cleaners don't clean very well or they have an excuse on why they couldn't finish what was started. I'm so pissed right now that if they had a local office, I'd go and choke every member in that office.
How are you gonna take someone money if they cancelled your services but you don't want to acknowledge that they don't want your *** *** services! Make it make sense!!!
The second time I was scheduled the cleaner didn't show up so I cancelled. So why did you take my money without permission.

Hace un tiempo mi cuenta de Cleaner fue desactivada y me gustaría solicitar la reactivación para poder volver a aportar mis servicios de limpieza mediante Homeaglow.
Me gustaría explicar brevemente:
He sido cuidadoso/a con las cancelaciones y cumplí con mis últimos trabajos.
Estoy comprometido/a a mantener buenas reseñas, puntualidad, comunicación y cumplimiento de los estándares de Homeaglow.
Si la desactivación fue por algún error o incumplimiento, estoy completamente dispuesto/a a corregirlo y cooperar con cualquier revisión de antecedentes u otros requisitos que tengan.
Realmente valoraría volver a tener la oportunidad de trabajar con ustedes y ser parte de su red de Cleaners.
Agradezco de antemano su consideración. Quedo atento/a a su respuesta.

Do not penalize Yamira. I need to change my order from regular cleaning to heavy cleaning.
She came on time, prepared for what I ordered. Call me at 917-648-****.

Preferred solution: three hours of regular cleaning at an address in Brooklyn. Alternatively, a discounted rate on a heavy cleaning at the apartment in question. Also Yamira should not be penalized.

To whom it may concern I would like to subscription I was charged for someone to clean named Ashley on November 10. You charge me Ashley never showed up. Several people have told me you are a scam so I want my membership canceled immediately or I will report you to the Better Business Bureau and you will hear from my lawyer thanks Sandi Bledsoe
