Schedule Appointment
I had a scheduled a 11am appointment for 3/20/2025. At 11:15 I inquired as to when they would be arriving.
I was told that the appointment had been rescheduled for 4/3/2025.
I canceled their service. I will be looking for another cleaning service.

I need to make sure I’m scheduled with the right company
I need somebody to call me , since I want to sing to schedule my cleaning. But I realize that are some scammers that want you to schedule and pay more than what Homeglo its advertising! Pls call me at this number 407-454-****

I have repeated ask to cancel my membership.for months.

Very impressed with Cynthia!
Very impressed with Cynthia! Extremely professional very efficient with her time.
She doesnt just come and clean around and leave she took the time to clean below and behind and even organized within reason! I look forward to cinthia becoming a regular cleaner as shes the best Ive had yet!

Important tax info Social incorrect
You guys put the incorrect social security number by one number the last four digits are wrong I don't even know if it's only the last four digits but my social security number is incorrect you guys put 4505 instead of 4502 and if you guys need the full information of my social security please correct that cuz I cannot file my taxes because of that

We have a big problem
I wrote that I dont want anything to do with this company. He was supposed to to come at 11:00.
He came at 3:00. He stunk so bad and his jacket stunk.my main bathroom, he was in there 1hour an 40minutes with the door closed He did a lousy job. My shower doors had a greasy film on them.
My downstairs bath, he left the water running in the shower. Thank goodness we found that after he left.
In the handicapped bathroom, he did a terrible job
After my experience, I wrote to say I dont want your company coming to my house again.
He was at my house for 5 hours and he charged me 6 hours. He told me that he cant credit the customer. He charged me before he did any work
Yesterday a woman came to my house to clean I told her how dissatisfied I am with this program. She told me she came from New Jersey.
She charged my credit card $223.80 for 6 hours Alina never came into my house. Is this the way you do business?
I dont want anything to do with Homeaglow.
I want a refund of $223.80 plus the extra hour that Trevor charged me. Trevor was in my house 5 hours and did the 3 bathrooms and a rug on my staircase
I am so disappointed!

I was billed twice for $200.00 before my appointment. I canceled Home Glow via email and their reply was, 'You need to make an appt,' 'You need to use your 3-hour voucher.' Then, they never canceled the cleaner, so he greeted us via text, and we told him how awful it has been to cancel for two weeks.
This morning, I got another email telling me that I haven't booked my appt yet! Oy vey!

He went above and beyond
I was beyond pleased with Jahmils cleaning service! He went above and beyond (even cleaned the floors by hand) and was super detail oriented. I would highly recommend hiring any time you want a professional and thorough cleaning service!!!

You will not be disappointed!!!!
It was my first time using Homeglow and I was a bit skeptical. I cannot say enough GREAT things about Zachary!!!
He was on time and did an absolutely beautiful job cleaning my home to get it ready to sell. Hard working and had a smile on his face the entire time.
Not only will I be looking to him for future help, everyone should get in line to do the same! You will not be disappointed!!!
