I canceled my plan and money was still taken out of my account

Money was taken off of my card after I canceled my subscription. I would like to receive my refunded amount back to my form of payment.

I was pleasantly impressed with what a detailed job he did. He communicated that more work needed to be done than the original requested time, which was a half hour more than I booked.

Paid $19 but I can’t schedule a cleaning date having problems would like to speak to a live person

They took my $19 for three hours, and I can't schedule a cleaning date. I tried to call customer service to resolve the issue to no avail. They robbed me of my $19.

Deactivation of my account

My account was deactivated due to a cancellation, but I did not cancel. I somehow was double booked, and I asked to reschedule.

I am in good standing with every client I have had, and I have also been to every appointment as well as on time.

I can't even invoice my client I have today. It was a mistake and won't happen again.

Been trying to get my refund with no success

Nothing has happened no one will talk to you they will call me and let the phone ring one time and then hang up.but that okay I will be sure to let everyone know about this company. I've already called BBB and let them know so they can stop you from ripping off other people. May God have mercy on this company and the people that work for you.
