They fail to pay a remaining balance of 39$ stolen from my account. I will never contact this business again!!!! How can they possibly withdraw money from customers account without permission and in top of that not providing the services !!!

Horrible experience, Homeaglow not only stole my money from my bank for steal months without services but blocked my calls and didn’t answered my emails sent , that way they don’t have to deal with me.

Stop taking my money from my account! I have your services back on July 25 and told you that I was not going to need your services anymore, and to my surprise, you are still taking money from my account ($49) since September 2025 until this month...

that's stealing! I contacted my bank to stop you from stealing my money. I only got services from you once! What type of business is this?

I expect you to return my money back to my account! Or I will go to the Better Business Bureau! I need you to return to my account immediately the $333.00 stolen from my account for services never provided to me. I can't understand how your company will do such a thing.

I have transactions of withdrawal on the same month twice for services never provided. Only today I have a pending $49 returned to my account... it's more than you stole from me and I expect that money to be returned! July 9...

$39 July 21... $49 and $10 (that was the only time I got a horrible service, so I canceled all other appointments)! September 29 and September 22, 2025... were taken two times $49!!!

November 20, 2025... $49 December 22, 2025...

$49 January 20, 2026... $49 Return my money.

I agree they suck big time they took $49 times 14 that $700 they took an when they couldn't do it as a charge the turned it into with drawel i haven't had nothing do with this place in a yr

Report them to the Better Business Bureau and ask your bank for look into fraud committed to your account. That way they learn their lesson! This business needs to be shut down nationwide.

My cleaner Sandra came at 4.30 and she left 6.30 only 2 hrs instead of 3 hrs and she didnt clean it left all stuff like this

I went on my account and saw thtat there were $59 taken out of my account and I do not know why that is not the agreement that I remember. I was told that there would be $19.99 for the first month and then it will go to$75 for the remaining months.I need someone to call me and explain to me why the agreement has changed. I also wants to terminate my service.

Cancel service with homeaglow being...

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from Homeaglow.

I scheduled a cleaning appointment, however, the assigned cleaner never showed up. There was no communication, no notice of delay, and no follow-up to explain the absence.

This lack of professionalism caused a major inconvenience, especially since I arranged my schedule around this appointment.

Additionally, when attempting to reach customer service, the response was slow and unhelpful.

There was no urgency in resolving the issue or offering a proper solution, which made the experience even more frustrating.

Due to the no-show and poor customer service, I had no choice but to cancel the service. I expected reliability and basic communication, but unfortunately, that standard was not met.

I hope this issue is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same level of inconvenience.
