They lied and misleading
The guy showed up late. He spent hours, and my house looked the same besides the dishes.
My daughter's room was not done, the baseboards were not done, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Only water ran in the sink and tub.
No dusting was done. On top of that, he used my chemicals and my broom, which is broken after his use.

Did not get my home cleaned
Because the person that was supposed to clean my place called and canceled, and I have saved, I need to talk to somebody, and I need it cleaned.

Can’t get on the app
Can't get on the app; it tells me there's an error. I've emailed, and it just keeps telling me that it looks like you're trying to get ahold of your customers.
You can do it by clicking this link. I clicked the link, and it won't let me on. It stands up those errors.
It sent me a link to try to reset my password. It still just sends up that page that I sent y'all with the errors saying there's something wrong with the app.
User's recommendation: I can’t get to my customers house cause I have no clue where I’m going. I can’t read their instructions. Anything I cannot get on the app. They’re saying there’s a problem.

Can’t reach a live person to talk to
I want to cancel my subscription/membership completely. As of 2 days ago, it is impossible to get to speak with a customer service person. I just want to cancel your service completely.

I have been placed into a plan that I did not choose. I only wanted one cleaning and now Ive been charged $49 after I pay $20 for my first cleaning but they came back in charge me $49. I do not desire another cleaning by homo glow and it seems that they have scheduled one on my behalf.

I have to admit, I had misgiving to let Nelcia to clean my house because of her lack of reviews, but she asked for a chance and I gave it to her. And I am happy I did !

Why charging whole year even not getting any service return my all credit cards back
I did not getting any service from you I closing my card and then noticed counting charge from my card you say very first time 20$ if I like then charges every month but I dont like it and canceled everything . There is no phone number so return my credit card payment back making people crazy to charge for no reason

Paid for 4 house and she only cleaned the bathrooms
I asked that the cleaner clean the bathrooms, the kitchen and make the beds and clean the floors, and she only cleaned the bathrooms. That was it.
The house was still not cleaned at all except for the bathrooms. Its not a large home we live in downtown Palo Alto and I couldve done a better job and Im not a professional cleaner
