Need to talk with someone please about my scheduled appointment and who I have been scheduled with today.

So I am trying to reactivate my account to become a cleaner again. I have improve on my knowledge over the years

This is a formal request to remove my membership and cancel all services. Please refund me any fees that were charged as well. Thank you!

She did NOT do a good job! Saw no change and she didn't stay 4 hours.

I came home 3 hours later and she was gone! She windexed the glass mirrors maybe and vacuumed and that's all!

I cancelled service a while back and was charged for it but they still keep scheduling appointments.

I am canceling my account because I cannot afford service right now I have extensive dental work that needs to be done I cant afford both

You guys made me pay before scheduling, but then after I paid, it did not even take me to the scheduling page. It did not send me a confirmation through my email, and there is no phone number or email to reach out to somebody to solve my issue.

But it took the money off my card immediately. I want a full refund, and I will go to another company with easier communication and scheduling.

Olivia is a joy to have in my home. She works so hard to help make my home look clean and neat.

My bathrooms are sparkling and all my floors look awesome!

She is very focused on making sure I love the end result and is willing to help me so my home looks amazing!! She has earned and deserves all the stars I can give her!!

I set up my first homo gloating visit and the woman who came only stayed for a little under three hours, even though she was supposed to be here for six hours and clean my entire home. Instead, she just cleaned the kitchen counter.

I am so disappointed and disgusted by this company. I cannot get through to anyone.

My card was charged $40.01 & I cancelled my service in January. I received service in November.

I would like to have those funds returned to my card immediately.

There was no reason for my card to be charged. I can provide any information thats needed.

Did not provide adequate customer service. No assistance was provided.

Charge my credit card now in dispute with them to obtain my money.

You are unable to reach anyone one the phones. A bunch of criminals!!!

Appointment was confirmed for Monday the 21st @10:00am for three hours. There is no real phone number to call anyone.

You can only email for support and then wait 24-48 hours for a reply! Bottom line?

I payed them and they pulled a no call no show on me! Feelin scammed!
