Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They eventually had someone to come out and clean and I haven’t had a problem since. They have been consistent and very communicative!

I had to reschedule a new appointment for a cleaning b/c my cleaner cancelled last minute. But no response yet and I can’t get ahold of anyone at Homeaglow!

Also I’m supposed to be paying $39 monthly and it says $49!

Miguel “Senior Manager” changed my member from 6 months to 3 months but on my dashboard it states something else. He even made my appointment Top Priority yesterday and I was supposed to get a cleaning yesterday but I DID NOT!

Good morning!
So I ALREADY have an issue and I literally just became a member yesterday with Senior Manager Miguel. I've done some research on the company and I must admit I'm not too pleased with the information and reviews Homeaglow has!

These are MANY terrible reviews and complaints from customers AND employees. It's absolutely unbelievable and I DO NOT want to get caught in anything that's not conducive to me and my family. So when I go to my Dashboard I do not see the $39 a month membership that Miguel gave me, it says $49... we discussed that my monthly membership cost would be $39.

Also, someone by the name of Autumn booked an appointment to service me yesterday for today and now I'm stuck finding/waiting for a cleaner because she cancelled!! I had to reschedule for a later time because it keeps saying I have to schedule later then 12 hours". I don't need this inconvenience nor frustration. I already informed Miguel that I suffer from an illness which is why I even decided to enter into a membership plan because my illness prevents me from properly cleaning my home!

If I cannot get a cleaner TODAY (because I had preferred one yesterday) I want to CANCEL! I haven't even received my first initial cleaning with my voucher I purchased for $19 so I'm sure that won't be a problem and I will not be charged for canceling before 4 months.

Miguel changed my membership cancellation from 6 months to 4 months. My appointment was also set to Top Priority.

Preferred solution: A clean ASAP! I was to get a clean 2/24. Cleaner booked 2/25; cancelled! No cleaner 2/25 I need refund of $19 and I’ll cancel. Can’t charge b/c no service. Reviews customers/cleaners dont reassure me about Homeaglow. I became a member b/c I’m disabled.

Change scheduled cleaning voucher appointment.

I signed up for service and a voucher UHLU-SIKK-JNGX-RQOR! I am not able to be available.

I wanted to change the date to 4/8/2025 10:00-4:00.

The message responded that another person had my phone number. It may have been confused with my prior efforts to registered.

I called to cancel my membership, but no one is available to answer my call. It went to voicemail and prompted me to write to the email, but the cancellation isn't available on the website. That's frustrating.

False Advertising

I purchased a $19 voucher for 3 hours of cleaning. I found out that purchasing that voucher subscribes me to a membership costing me $49 per month for 6 months just to have access to their cleaners, who are contract workers.

The way Homeaglow presents itself with this $19 voucher is not indicative of a membership and/or short/long commitment. It is very deceitful.
