I made a mistake by canceling the job because the client told me to cancel. I didn’t know the client was supposed to cancel so can somebody please call me back please? I need to get back to work.

You deactivated my account but when you take the video it says as long as you cancel a cleaning before 24 hours you wont be penalized for it yeah deactivate my account. [PERSON_NAME] said 25 to reactivate it.

Disrespectful employee talking to me in a very disrespectful manner. I did not get service; she did not call my cell.
I don't want the service; she changed my time to later when I told her it was a bad time. Do not charge my credit card; update my cleaning without confirming it with me first. I don't do business like that. If you are supposed to come, I can see an hour difference, but she rescheduled it for 3 hours later.
I had a doctor appointment to go to get my medicine for the month, and she had no regard. You all canceled my appointments all week without telling me and had me take off work 3 days in a row for no-shows on your end. Then you set me up with a disrespectful child who isn't even able to communicate properly or respectfully, threatening me I'm going to pay her or else, kept texting my personal number. After I told her to stop, I had to block the company phone because she kept texting me like she is crazy.
My husband said she cannot come to our house at all.

My appt was for a special occasion, so I booked the service 2 weeks in advance and confirmed with the cleaner several times right up to 8 PM the day before. At 8 AM, I got an email that the appt was canceled.
The telephone number, text, and email were unresponsive. Customer service did not pick up the phone or have voicemail. I told CC to dispute the charge.
I received an instant refund from CC, so HomeAGlow must have a reputation for charging for services not rendered. Call MollyMaid or your neighbor's maid, but never HomeAGlow!
