I've paid and received a lot of no calls, no shows. Despite numerous reschedules, there are still no calls or shows.

I have asked for a refund several times, yet they continue to make appointments. There are no calls, no shows. I would just like a full refund because I had to hire someone else to do the job at a time that I needed it done. I'm asking for a refund.

I would not recommend this service. Many of the workers do have criminal backgrounds. The last worker is known to have taken other jobs under false pretenses. She does not have custody of her kids.

I am over this service. I want a refund.

I paid for 7 hours, and she was only here for 3. I have 20+ pictures of tasks not completed, or even done correctly.

She used all of my cleaning supplies to the point where I have none left for myself. The recycling bin was used as a trash can, so that, too, had to be cleaned out. I can prove that she was only here for 3 hours, and I would like a full refund.

I've paid close to 150$ at the end of it all and received about an hour's worth of work. I was charged way too much and charged four different times.

Firstly, I want to clarify my experience with my house cleaners booked through the Homeaglow platform was excellent. I have no complaints about their servicesquite the contrary.

My experience with this company, however, has been TERRIBLE.

Like many, I was suckered into a six month contract after taking the bait on their introductory rate. Fine. Ive been paying my $50+ per month for several months now and booking one to two services per month. Knowing my contract would be coming to an end soon, I was looking through my account info to A) ensure it wouldnt auto renew and B) determine when I could cancel without paying the penalty they charge for early cancellation ($330 in my case!).

In perusing the sitewhich is not the most user friendlyI could find nothing about when the terms of my contract would end. I hit cancel hoping to find more information on HOW to cancel. And it canceled me (no promoting for confirmation that I indeed wanted to cancel). I immediately contacted costumer service to alert that it was an accidental cancellation.

I got a response hours later saying Id be charged the $330 anyway, which hit my account the next day. Oh and that my last $50 was due just the very next day (the info I was looking for).

I asked to be connected with a supervisor (there is no phone number to callonly email). I received no further response and filed a complaint with the better business bureau after the $330 hit my account.

I am a single mom. This is infuriating!

The company got back to me and refunded me after seeing my bad reviews here, on yelp, and with the BBB. They asked me to remove my negative review, which I did not because it was the only thing that prompted them to actually respond to me.

I had sent several emails, which had gone unanswered. But my negative posts were not ignored.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After about 10 emails sent with no response someone finally got in touch with me from the company and gave me a refund.

Groupon, however, is who I’m pissed at now!

They refused to give me my money back and would only give me Groupon bucks even though the company issued money back!!!! Groupon sucks!

I paid $182 for a six-hour clean. My Groupon won't work and there is nobody from this company that you can get in touch with for help!

No live humans! The website is now saying I have already used the Groupon and Groupon will not help!

This company makes it nearly impossible to redeem your Groupon and gives no assistance whatsoever when you need it! I am now out over $180.

cleaner came today for 10 hours cleaning . She start at 9:15am .

Until 3pm I came home and not even half of work are done , and I have to leave the house for work so only my 17 years old daughter is home , after 30 mins I left the house , my daughter call me and said the cleaner did not do her job, she laying on the floor in our restroom make my daughter really scare the cleaner can not even caring the conversation with my daughter so I call my mom over cause I can not leave work yet . And my mom came and the cleaner can not even stand up , look like she is very drunk , my mom ask her to leave the house and after awhile she get out of the house and laying in front of my house throw up and fainted, I have to call the police to come to my house , and the ambulance come to take her away . The cleaner car is still in my drive way because the police can not find her keys.

All her stuffs is stil at my house and the house is still messy.

I am very disappointed for the service and the company said all these cleaner are backgrounds check and verify.

Its really scare my daughter a lot .

The first time I book is for 10 hours only a few days ago with another cleaner from Homeaglow also and the job is not done so I booked again to try again, just to give it 1 more chance and dont want to leave a bad review on the first person but this second time is so terrible that it can not acceptable. I need the company to reach out to me and resolve this immediately.

I paid for my services at the beginning of this month. I scheduled my services soon after my payment.

However, none of you have shown up even once, and you keep replacing the staff assigned to do the work. The problem is, your company does not have an app, so it's hard for me to keep up with what's going on. Additionally, you keep sending me messages, notifying me that my voucher is about to expire. But how can it be running out of time when you're not showing up for the scheduled appointments?

I am very much dissatisfied with the results that I am experiencing with this company. While I'd prefer a refund, what I really need are the services and that's the problem.

If no one can show up, I need my money back. Plain and simple.

I didnt even get paid .

Been incorrectly charged for lock outs.

I dont work for free. Ive been charged twice for one lockout on my account.

I never been there more than once. Client Shay s canceled appointment way after she was charged for a lockout. Friday nov 29 th.

My tip was also taken . I also had an additional lock out which I was charged twice for.

My cleaner bailed on me! She left 2 hours before the time ended.

I'm pregnant and just had an embryo transfer, so I can't lift and can't bend. I have company coming in tomorrow, so this was an emergency cleaning and she left without a phone call. Now, I have to risk another miscarriage to clean on my own.

I have had 6 miscarriages already and am in such distress because of this company! Do not use Ashton or Home A Glow ever!!!

I work for y'all. A client of ours named Bonnie and Stacy Yates claim that I was not at their houses for 3 hours I have sent the timeline in and I have sent multiple emails since Sunday.

You refunded Ms Bonnie's money back without even asking me what truly happen nor have y'all reactivated my work account. If y'all do not give me back my 150 something dollars I will be turning y'all in to the internal general office in the BB. I have worked for y'all for many months for over a year and 6 months. I have talked to Emma on multiple occasions and yet has she reactivated my account and yet has she even looked at my email to see if they were lying and instead of them coming to me about this they took the clients word against mine when y'all claim that you are out to save us I am done begging y'all to reactivate my account but you are not going to steal my money.

I am done messing with you about my money I have a loud y'all to steal from me for over a year and 6 months. Therefore I have been taking a screenshots and information down for that for over a year and 6 months I can prove to the courts that y'all have been stealing my money and also lying to our clients and our customers. You going to have so many customers upset with them not seeing Miss April walking to their house and other cleaners coming. I'm a suggesting y'all to reactivate my account and give me back to my $150 as soon as possible and I expect somebody to call me as soon as possible you claim you do not have a phone system where you can call people but if somebody stop using y'all y'all calling bug them all the time about reacting their account okay if you do not think that I do not know all this do know that I have about 10 to 15 customers of mine are willing to go to court against y'all for me and with me.

So if this is Miss Emma I suggest you go look at my email and all the pictures of my timeline proving that I was at Miss Bonnie's house July the 18th and look at my screenshots about Stacy Yates. If you think I am playing try me and I will show you that I am not and if you think that I do not have the money to you really got me messed up.

My family is millionaires so do not think this is a joke so either are you activate my account and give me my money back or you can keep that money and I will just come for more money than what y'all took them from me see you then I would not recommend anybody to come to y'all as a worker or as a client. Unless y'all fix this as soon as possible and get my account activated ASAP Emma

The BBB is a sham organization with no legal power in any 50 states or the rest of the known universe. It is not a government agency but a privately held cleverly named cash cow that supports itself through "member" business contributions.

They are not the Commerce Police or the Protector of the People. They will take a report and file it. Period.
