I need things that needs to get paid and I work two jobs yesterday and they're refusing to give the funds that's own to me. like to this company wasn't me homeless or what.
This is a message concerning my the client that was very rude to me Jennifer oh who did not answer the door on two occasions that I show up at the house for April 15th and also today April 29th I have did the exact protocol to do a lockout code I just want to say cuz I know I sent messages concerning this particular topic of concern I just want to say it's hurtful the fact that you guys immediately take the client side and not hear the cleaners side out first to determine the right decision for this it's hurtful the reason why I was so angry earlier in my messages because I work really damn hard for each house I have to go in to why you think I get tips for this why you guys think people ask me consistently hey can I cancel my membership and just hire you directly I get asked out all the time I always hold you guys to a higher standard but now I look kind of stupid when a client for example is saying can I just hire you directly so you don't get charged these ridiculous fees cuz the clients know I get charged fees now and they say can I just tip you so the company don't take out your money to pay themselves and I'm like I have to ask myself why do I hold home glow to a high standards when you guys kind of screw me over every time when I follow the exact procedures when doing a lockout you guys are telling me now it's invalid when I show proof that not only I was there I should approve the fact that I'm communicating with the client that here's my ETA arrival time and they're at home refuse to open the door for me when I arrive and ignore my phone calls and me knocking at the door like an idiot and I wasted gas that don't get reimbursed for drive almost an hour to clean their house and you guys are going to tell me to my face it's an invalid lockout are you kidding me so I have to ask are the cleaners or maybe it's just me or we just way down here and you guys are way up there and we are pessimists to you guys is is that's how I know we are contractors but Jesus at least treat us with some dignity cuz this is just hurtful mind you playing times when I stayed at one client's house for hours and I pretty much work for free I was there for six hours and only was paid for only three hours!
It makes me feel like I'm nothing to this company!!! I work my *** off for you guys treat me with respect it's bad enough when I get rude people like Jennifer O that lies it's hurtful when you guys don't have my back!

I used this service one time back in early April after having back surgery and needing a little extra help around the house while recovering and today 2 unexpected transactions each for 51.94 were taken from my account without my authorization. After viewing some reviews online I discovered there are hidden fees that they are not transparent about when signing up and it is nearly impossible to cancel the service.
- Cleaner they sent me was great
- Are not openly transparent that when you sign up for their initial first time voucher that you are getting into a contract for 6 months even if you only bedded service one time

no, I am not happy with this service. the cleaning people were nice, but I had asked for my refrigerator to be cleaned and that didn't happen.
they just moved things around and wiped down where they could instead of taking everything out of my refrigerator, wiping down the shelves, and putting everything back neatly. I have shelving with my glasses and dishes that were not removed or wiped down; the shelves were not cleaned, and my dishes were not put back. they did okay on the bathroom. I told them my kitchen was the most important area that needed to be cleaned.
I need everything to be wiped down and put back. my dining room table wasn't even cleaned.
please refund my money back to my account for a service that was not completely done as promised. rosemarie

Cleaner didn’t call irk show up
April was supposed to show up at 11 oclock. It is now 15 minutes till two.
I have not heard anything from her. Ive not received an email a text or anything from Home glow or her as I said in the last email I had to send if this is the type of quality of service that I am going to receive from this company, I am not going to finish out the terms of the agreement and I will not pay the remaining amount of this contract

They are just charging my credit card after I asked them to cancel the service. It is extremely hard to get in touch with them.
I emailed them, but they never responded to my email. They advertised that they would only charge $1 for the first service, then $19 for the next two services, and the customer is free to cancel the service. They are charging me hundreds of dollars and won't cancel the service.
I need the service canceled and a refund. Thanks!

I have been charged twice for services never received. Cleaning crew has not been to my home.
Charging me for services not rendered is FRAUD!
I want the charges to be refunded regardless of your no refund policy. Youre just charging me because your company has access to my card. I am going to report you to the Better Budiness Bureau as well.
None of the cleaning crews have stepped foot into my home. My contact information has been updated and my home address has not changed.

I have been trying to cancel this contract since the day I got it, May 26, 2025. You're still charging me $49 for a contract that I don't want.
I read the fine print, but I don't want this contract. You did a lousy job; you were late.
You only cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. Cancel my subscription if I even suggested that.

I ordered home Globe, May 26, 2025 for a one time move out service for 1 (4 hrs). The lady came she was supposed to clean two bathrooms and three bedrooms and one kitchen.
She came late. She was supposed to be there at 10. She got there at 11:30 or somewhere in that area. She cleaned the kitchen and one bathroom.
I paid for that service. Now they are trying to charge me $49 for membership services which I did not agree to if I did so it was unknown to me. I do not wish to be a customer. I did not subscribe to your service..
I have been trying to contact these people ever since the service was done and cannot do so all I get is a customer website.

I scheduled for a cleaning. It got rescheduled to June 11 from one to four was supposed to be my timeframe.
I did not receive a response to let me know. It was gonna be a no-show until I reached out and Im still waiting on a response.
