If you don’t have an opportunity to communicate with the real specialist by phone, write a letter to the company email. For this, visit the company's official website, scroll down the main page, and follow the “Contact Us” hyperlink. Click on “I have a different question” and fill out the necessary fields of a contact form. In the “How can we help?” block, you have an opportunity to describe your question or request in detail. So far it's a 0

If I could get out of it without it costing me money, I would do so. I am retired with back problems.

The idea was to have someone come in once a month to help with the things I can't do anymore. However, they aren't dependable.

I schedule a date and it gets canceled, then someone else is scheduled to fill in and they don't show up. You can't call support you have talk on line and their response was, "It's always difficult when it's last minute scheduling." I have company coming and I am up a creek.

Poor customer service, cannot speak to someone over the phone. By having to use email as the preferred communication by the company, the responses to questions asked do not correspond with information you are looking for.

It seems that the matter of customer service is dealing with commonly asked questions and not matters of concern.

I believe you are communicating with a computer generated response and not an actual individual. My appointment isn't for a few more days so i will update a new response to how well perform.

You have withdrafted my funds out of my account and keep sending me a message to complete my date I already requested, yet when I try to do that, it won’t allow me to do so,& keep requesting me to put my financial card information in when I have already paid and it is showing on my bank statement. Everytime I put my telephone number it keeps telling me it is already used. My appointment I set for is 1/16/25 on Monday, btn the hours of 10:00am-1:00 pm total of four ours. At 9542 Strathmoor st. I need done next reach out to verbally not through email, text, or other ways to send me my funds back.

I contacted the organization for service. They were paid for a 6 hour cleaning with a request for future cleaning, they said without a credit card they couldn't set future cleans. But they didn't return my payment nor did they provide service I just want my 79$ refunded
