i signed up for the initial service but had wanted to choose the most expensive time and money slot but it had disappeared...since our house is large needed the potential cleaners to be aware that it was not just a 1 bd 1 ba home!!
after recvng my complaint, homeaglow responded with the upgrade.
i really can't say if this could have happened without p consumer taking on my case!!

Cleaner canceled at the last minute and said she would take care of the charge and never did. Difficult to connect with company, I will let people know if asked the cleaners are excellent when they show up.

I only minded when I got charged for work that wasn't done...please make it easier to connect with the business. Cancel my subscription.

This company is a fraud. They don't have live customer service agents. They keep sending you to other websites and you still don't get any answers. I've been trying to get in touch with a live agent with no luck. I've even tried the email that they gave me which actually sends you back to the same system you just came from. This is nothing but a scam to get you into there system so that they can take your money and not give you what they promise. I have told friends and family that need help cleaning to not use this service. They lie and the cleaners don't clean very well or they have an excuse on why they couldn't finish what was started. I'm so pissed right now that if they had a local office, I'd go and choke every member in that office. How are you gonna take someone money if they cancelled your services but you don't want to acknowledge that they don't want your *** *** services! Make it make sense!!!
