I've sent six emails since 11 AM on Friday. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't received a single response.

I attempted to book a same-day service appointment, as advertised, and within one hour of trying (with no success or support), I decided to cancel my membership.

This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.

If you can't deliver on your advertised promises or respond in a timely manner, you shouldn't be offering these services. Very disappointed.

NEVER EVER AGAIN. I presume it would be like the commercials they really clean.

They just move things around now being that I am handicap I needed the help with the cleaning, I didn't expect this.

According to the advertisement it's missing leading.I don't have money to waste . I THOUGHT this was a reputable company I see it was wrong.

They need to have a life person, customer service or representative that you could speak to. I have issues being overcharged not the price that I was supposed to be charged upfront.

My schedule is a problem theyre giving me what they want. What day is the one he cannot work like that he has to be to my availability plus I dont need a cleaning lady in my house with the cleaning supplies.

I told him that already I have a whole bunch of issues that need to be resolved and nobody is getting on the phone Theres not a number they hiding behind the phone. You can talk to anyone you all need to fix this problem customers need to talk to a representative.

Home aglow is a scam. They came one time in September 2024. I just found out they have been charging me every month since then. I am looking in to the possibility of seeing them.

I contacted them in September 2024 and the cleaned my house. I have not seen anyone since but I just realized they have been charging me every month since. I'm lookin into the option of sueing them.

After my call, which I left a VM. I emailed them again. They answered within 4 hours. They suggested that I use their system instead of going to going to an outside source. However my concerns were addressed , questions answered. So I did get results

Homeaglow takes about 25% to 50% of our money they deactivate our accounts for nothing. The clients can easily lie on the cleaner and still get a refund back which is stupid and then they don’t answer their emails until like weeks later.
