- The staff member was on time and worked six straight hours, delivering detailed work.
- All requests were met; the move for my daughter was made easier.
*** was on time... she worked without stopping for a break - worked 6 straight hours and did a very detailed job.
Everything I asked she did and some. I am beyond thrilled and satisfied.
We will be using her every two weeks moving forward if her schedule allows. Thank you for doing such an excellent job, you've made this move for my daughter so much easier.

I had scheduled a cleaning today and he sent his wife instead. Instead of washing half my dishes she threw them away without telling me.
Some of these were irreplaceable family items. Im considering this as theft and Im ready to take action for trusting your company to come into my home and help me only to damage and misplace my property.

- Home is largely clean; many tasks aren't needed, and I won't pay without service.
I recently joined your company for the first time, and it's been somewhat of a disappointment to me. I am requesting a different cleaner for my home, and if that's not possible, I would like to obtain a credit and cancel my membership.
I don't want to pay off the balance owed as a member without the service.
Please acknowledge my request and respond accordingly, as I do need someone to help me as I get older. And my home is basically clean; there are many things on your list I don't need.

Cleaner never showed and no customer support to help
Our cleaner never showed and her phone number is not even a real phone number. When I tried to call customer service for help they dont even have a number.
Horrible website with horrible cleaners.
DO NOT GET YOUR CLEANER FROM HERE. There are many other great websites.

Only were supposed to charge me for 5 monthsI have the emails to prove it..and you charged me again. No wonder so many law suits are against this company.

I was not informed about being a member here. I did have my apartment cleaned 1 time.
Since then, they have charged my credit card $59.00 twice. My mom has been sick for 3 years, and I am not able to have this service done.
I need my $118.00 refunded. I told this to the lady that cleaned my apartment.

I tried to call and text you I'm going to be out of town on June 8th and will be available in two weeks from that date and I hear nothing from you . Your website is not good at all
