I have questions about cancellation. Nobody is answering emails.
I need to cancel. If I cancel online and pay the 100 dls, that is it.

- - They say the other debit card declined and won't reverse or move the charge.
I changed my card information well before canceling my membership. They still billed my debit card claiming the other card declined which I know is bs. Now they refuse to reverse the charge and put it on the right one.

A friend was scheduled for an appointment with a client. It was confirmed via text.
She followed protocol and did as instructed. She was deactivated for this because she didn't know that confirmation was automatically generated from them and not the client. She was deactivated because of this, without any investigation, I might add.
This is not the first time either, for acting before investigation. Then they want you to pay them to reactivate you.

automatically hung up on me without even speaking to me. just an automated response to email, which is part of the problem I'm having today.

Thank you. I need the kitchen and bathroom to be cleaned. Kitchen cleaning includes the stove, fridge, counter, and cabinets. The bathroom includes the sink, tub, and floors.
Also, sweep and mop the entire apartment. Cabinets are to be cleaned on top and also on top of the fridge.

I give them a 0. There employees are very rude.
Calls you names They put down your house. *** thru it. Dont stay the time theyre supposed to. And they send msgs through Homeaglow harassing you.
Dont hire them the company is horrible.
You cant even talk to anyone. I think its a scam company

Not simple at all .... I made my appointment, I was charged on my card & no appointment confirmation or call or email, I need a refund or service done
Speak with an actual human being instead of being passed off to machines that do not resolve my issue. Have someone from Homeaglow call me.
