Overcharges galore
I signed up with HomeAglow in October 2024. The dates of my cleaning have been: October 22 very disappointed in cleaner and level of cleaning.
November 20 new cleaner, very satisfied. December 20 same cleaner same results. January 22 was rescheduled to January 30 and then to February 4. February 4 same cleaner same results.
March 15 same cleaner same results. I originally paid $49 for a 4 hour service. The cleaners never stayed past 3 hours.
NOW, the debit card charges HomeAglow have been: $39 on October 18, $49 on October 22, $68 on November 20, $49 on November 22, $88 on December 20, $49 on December 22, $49 on January 22, $88 on February 5, $49 on February 22, $100 on March 15 and $49 on March 22. 11 payments for 5 visits totaling $677.
This service has no phone service.
You call, you get a message that says go online. Nobody returns any e-mails.
ZERO contact.
Thats why Ive listed my complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which wont affect their proud F rating AND have hired a business lawyer to try and get my money back. The $677 was not worth the service I got.

Unable to claim jobs
I had two elderly clients who asked me to schedule their appounrments in the system. I did.
They were unable to find said appointments to except. Now I am unable to claim any new jobs, even though their jobs are no longer on my jobs list. My account has been paused. The worst part is Homeaglow does not make it easy to contact them nor do they respond once you have messaged them.
Not even a working number to call them where they answer. This is very unprofessional.

Not happy with this company want out
I didnt realize this was a 6 month contract with such a high payment to get out of it!!! This is such a frustrating company.
I have received 0 communication and I have sent multiple emails. Very frustrating!

No one answered the phone. I have been overcharged from my account more than once.
I've had terrible service from two different cleaners. I've been charged 15 extra dollars and then 20 extra dollars. One cleaner was supposed to be here for three hours. She was here for two.
I was charged for the full amount. What else do you want to know about this poorly run management company?

Complaint
First day misunderstood on what to do. Accepted the 3 hours of work plus she worked half an hour of overtime.
Second time, only 2 hours of service and did not finish. Since then, no shows and continuous rescheduling. Had an appt for the 19 and Hayden has been rescheduling, was supposed to be here today, still no show. Constant no shows and rescheduling, card being charged 5x only saw Hayden 2x.
No longer want this contract. Homeaglow in breach of contract due to Hayden.

Late initial service
The 1 oclock appointment today is an over an hour late. When are they going to get here? Àaaaaa bbbbb

I did not use any of your services for the past 6 months, and my money is deducting every month, $53.00.
I want an immediate refund.

It is a total scam company.
I have two accounts: one with gayatri.hgs@***.com and the other with gayatri.3105****@***.com.
I don’t know which account is deducting my money. I didn't enroll in any of your memberships or plans. I got a customer service call from one of your members, and I requested them to delete my account. And this is what you do.
I don’t want any account from you. Delete all my accounts and refund my money back.

The website is difficult to navigate. You can’t reach anyone on the phone.
My issue with them has been resolved. However, it takes too much time and effort to book an appointment, confirm an appointment and resolve a problem.
It takes more than a couple of emails each time if you have an issue or a question. You cannot reach anyone on the phone.
User's recommendation: Be careful. All of the cleaners are not as stellar as they claim. If you do join for the discounted Cleaning, you will be paying $49 a month to them in addition to the cleaning, which is at a discounted price. You do have to have a membership with them for a minimum of six months to get the discount.

Issues with the app
This is the second time I do a job and have an issue and do not get paid. I am a cleaner and the email I text is not monitored.
I completed a house cleaning and didnt have the option to complete the job the customer tried to figure it out. She called the company and all they said was to email the company. We have both sent emails and nothing has been resolved.
Its ridiculous how terrible the service and app is. Very disappointed with this company.

Won't accept my Chime card. Trying to schedule a 6-hour visit for $79.
Entered correct card numbers and there is plenty of money in the account. Need to talk to someone.
Mark Ray. Need cleaning of the kitchen and cabinets, and flooring throughout the house, and help with some organization of the house.
You guys does not have good customer service customers are not computer savvy, and you want us to get online and do a email. I need to speak with someone so I can cancel it.
