I was trying to set the appointment for my Cleaning and then it wanted me to have to answer if I wanted to clean everyone and have her many weeks and I dont wanna clean every so many weeks. I want to call you if I want you again I want to see how

I tried to get my voucher refund. You cant talk to a human and it hung up.
This companys a scam. Its a lot of hidden fee that are very misleading. They want me to email them and issue will be resolved.
Its been 72 hours and I havent heard from anyone. Please dont use this company.

I've sent six emails since 11 AM on Friday. It's now Tuesday, and I still haven't received a single response.
I attempted to book a same-day service appointment, as advertised, and within one hour of trying (with no success or support), I decided to cancel my membership.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
If you can't deliver on your advertised promises or respond in a timely manner, you shouldn't be offering these services. Very disappointed.

Verified Reviewer |Because Natasha didn’t do the things we discussed, talked for an hour before getting started, and took advantage of me brushing my dog.
Natasha left the comforter off of my bed, requiring me to have to put it on if I could do that I wouldnt have hired her. She cleaned around the scale and toilet paper in my bathroom instead of moving them and clean the floor properly if I could do this, I wouldnt have hired her.
She left dirty sheets on top of clean ones.
She didnt dust my living room furniture. She didnt clean my sliding glass door nor did she remove my trash upon leaving I texted her before she left
