Will NOT stop contacting us....
I looked into Homeaglow/Homeglow because they advertised a $19 home cleaning deal. Unfortunately, before realizing it was actually tied to a monthly service with a high fee, we had already entered our phone number and email address.
Since then, they have contacted us nonstop by phone calls, text messages, and emails. This has gone way beyond normal marketing. I have received at least 50-70 calls and messages over the past week, and they keep using different phone numbers to call and text, which makes it nearly impossible to block them.
I have replied STOP to text messages. I have blocked emails. I have told live agents on the phone to stop calling. None of it has worked. They continue contacting me anyway.
This is exactly the kind of business practice that makes people feel trapped after simply looking into a promotion. A $19 cleaning offer should not turn into nonstop calls, texts, emails, and pressure from different numbers after someone has clearly asked to stop being contacted.
I want Homeaglow/Homeglow to immediately remove my phone number and email address from all call, text, email, marketing, sales, and third-party outreach lists. I also want confirmation that my information has been removed and that I will not be contacted again.
Based on my experience, I would strongly warn people to be very careful before giving this company your phone number or email address. Once they have it, getting them to stop contacting you seems almost impossible.
