I have severe asthma and I'm having a flare up so cleaning is so hard for me because I get so short of breath. *** cleaning my home helped a lot and took a weight off my shoulders. She is professional, kind and works hard.
I will definitely be making another appointment with her. Such a Blessing.

Great Valentine’s day cleaning!
Great Valentines day cleaning! My leather couch was a mess, *** made it look like new, just in time for overnight guests (who are very picky!) Thanks again!

Please cancel my Homeaglow service...
- - Cancel Homeaglow service and future appointments now.
- - Cleaning quality is poor; no cancellation fee after 6 months.
Please cancel my Homeaglow service immediately. The home cleaning is not acceptable.
Additionally, the cleaners do not stay the full hours that we have paid for. The home is not cleaned well for the amount we are paying. Please cancel my service/membership and all future appointments immediately.
I have met the 6 months agreed upon; therefore, do not charge a cancellation fee, as I have met the 6-month service agrrement. Please call me to discuss because I have been unable to reach anyone to speak about these problems.

Please cancel my Homeaglow service...
- - Cancel service for unsatisfactory cleaning and hours not met.
- - No cancellation fee with 6-month term.
- - Discuss by phone to resolve issues.
Please cancel my Homeaglow service immediately. The home cleaning is not acceptable.

- - Unaware it was a membership; $59 service fee.
- - Wants $46 from the charged $59 to cancel; cites $105 fee.
They don’t have customer service. They only deal with emails, so no customer representation for the company.
I did not realize that it was a membership and I would be paying $59 for services on a fixed income that I really only need cleaning once a month and then be charged $105 for cancellation. That's redundant, but since you guys have already taken $59 this morning out of my account, you could take the remaining $46 to cancel my membership on my fixed income.

The day started right on time
The day started right on time when my new cleaner showed up with all the necessary equipment. I was so impressed with how quickly & efficiently she did my new home !
Things I would never think of cleaning she made sparkle ! What a sweet , lovely , neat & hard working individual. I can’t wait for my next appointment. My daughter also wants to sign up for this service with her as her cleaner too!
This was not a hype it is real people working their hardest to make customers happy .

- - Pleased with the cleaner who came twice.
- - Fees discussed doubled and appeared on my bank statement; now they want more to discontinue service.
I was very pleased with the person who came to clean twice. However, a certain fee was suppose to be charged and it doubled in price - which I discovered on my checking account (bank statement).
Now they are wanting to charge even more, to discontinue service, which I understand was the original statement however, not the fees that were discussed. After I started checking out this company (which, okay - I should have done so in the beginning) it is pretty much a scam run business.

Cancel my service
- - The service was canceled with no explanation.
- - The staff member said they were on their way.
- - We rely on this service for a clean home today.
They canceled my service for no reason. I communicated with her on the phone and she said she was on her way .
I have family coming into town today and my house is not clean.
I do not know what to do now me and my mother are disabled veterans and we depend on your services to keep our house clean but its becoming and inconvenience. Im thinking of trying another cleaning service
