My credit card has been charged $49 for six months; unfortunately, I didn't notice until today. I thought I had canceled your service.

So, first question: how can I receive the cleaning services I have already paid for? and (2) how can I use this service?

User's recommendation: Don't use, it's not worth the headache.

Issue with the plan

I have two months' commitment for the plan, which is one of the home glow staff gave me the special promotion. She told me if I would like to cancel the plan, there is no additional fee, but it seems that is not the case.

Today is the last day of the commitment; I want to cancel it. I tried to call two days ago, but no phone could connect, and no one answered.

I sent out an email last week, and no one replied to me. I would like to know what's going on with this company.

Preferred solution: No additional fee to play

Need to speak with someone

On April 9,2026 a young lady came to clean she did not have the cleaning supplies that was needed to do the job, the person I spoke to one time on the phone guaranteed that they had what was needed, I was not satisfied 2 minutes after the cleaner left they immediately take there money without asking how was the service, and now I cant get them on the phone and its been very frustrating. I dont want to do business with this company any longer I really would like a refund.

I dont like to do business with people. I cant contact them on the phone.

Expensive and won’t let me cancel

Homeaglow is a racket! It is not free or $19.

It was $50 for four hours, but the cleaner only cleaned three small rooms. Then, unbeknownst to me, I signed up for Forever Clean for 6 months$59 a month.

PlusPLUSit would be about $100 for each months four- hour service. Just say no and dont be fooled like the was.

I had a terrible experience with Homeaglow. I booked a move-out cleaning with a strict deadline, and twice the cleaners were no-call, no-show.

No communication, no accountability. Because of this, we had no time to find another service and were forced to clean the entire home ourselves, staying up until 3 AM. We were promised a full refund, but instead were offered useless vouchers. The company has also avoided phone calls, making resolution nearly impossible.

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not rely on them, especially for time-sensitive cleanings.

Andrew detherow stole

Andrew was caught on my home camera stealing, and he has stolen over $2000 from me out of my piggy bank, and there is no number to call or anything. I also will be filing a police report and pressing charges if this matter isn't resolved in a timely manner. Do not recommend at all.

Service was awful. And they require you to have a membership. Along with the membership you are still charged for the cleaning.

The cleaner was late and didn't do a good job of cleaning. She didn't dust underneath anything or mop under anything.

I am very displeased with the service.

It's a membership that has a membership fee, and you have to pay for the cleaning. Another scam.

I'm requesting a 6 hr refund for my May 1, 9:30 AM cleaning.

Reason: While Autumn was polite, her cleaning skills were extremely disappointing. She arrived with only a backpack containing a bottle of unknown liquid and a few cloths. The week before, she had texted asking what she needed to bring. I assumed she was asking about product preferences, so I mentioned needing something strong enough for my shower doors and tile floors. I had no idea she would show up without proper equipment.

I ended up having to supply nearly everything: my vacuum, steam mop, and additional cleaning products. I was not comfortable letting her use some of my items, so I provided alternatives. After about two hours (despite booking six), very little progress had been made. I checked on the master bathroom and had to ask her to spend more time on the shower, even giving her a stronger cleaner to try.

My husband and I had to end up re-cleaning our home because of the sticky residue on everything.

Awful experience. They have taken over $100 from me and I have one hour of cleaning complete.

They have basically called me a liar and made it seem like this my fault.

I paid for a service, I am now locked into a contract and they are failing miserably in an area they are claiming they are experts in and charging a lot of money for. Terrible experience I’m getting ready to file a claim with the BBB.

Three people have skipped.

Two girls showed up and left after an hour, and you closed it for four. I paid for six, and you keep just sending me vouchers.

Still haven't told me how to open me app it's frozen

When I try to open my home aglow app, the final privacy page is frozen there. I need to know why my app is freezing right here.

I've tried everything, even reinstalling the app, and still, when it gets to that page, it freezes up. I need someone to look at the app and fix the problem.

Thank you, so I can use my app to go to work. Thank you.

Home cleaning was half done

She half-done the job and would not listen to where I wanted her to start the job. Like the original cleaning company, but I just got a bad cleaner.

Maybe she was having a bad day; it happens or something, but it wasn't good for me. Very disappointed because I was preparing for the Sabbath, and I needed it.
