I was blocked from the company's site and overcharged for a service that wasn't performed as promised. The cleaner didn't check out properly after completing the job.
This company is frustrating to deal with. There's no live customer service, and people are getting ripped off without the ability to speak to an actual person.

Charged and no services
They don't have a live operator and they charged me then wouldn't let me book services. They stated they don't take prepaid cards but took the money off of my account and wouldn't let me book a cleaner

No *** response. And you rescheduled me.
YOU cancelled my Monday appointment and rescheduled me for Tuesday. I have the text messages.
And now received an email stating I am being charged because cleaners were locked out yesterday on Monday. Now no one is showing up.

Customers have no way of speaking g to them to express their concerns
You advertisement on TV shows 2 people cleaning your house. I did not feel one person could adequately clean my house.
Tried to cancel this continual service and the site kept sending me some place else

Card was charged, for a 3/hr voucher. I am not purchasing a membership upfront without trying out the professional services.
I Need to speak with a customer representative, for clarification on a few things I dont understand.
I am appalled having worked, in customer service/marketing, for over 30/years. At best you could have a phone tree, to answer calls.

I paid for 5 hours. She arrived at 8am and left at 11:28am.
We had to supply cleaning tools. She did not pull out the couch to clean under. The floors still look dirty. It does not look like I paid for a professional to come in and clean.
She did say she would ensure to refund for the extra hours I paid. She seems new.

For me, it's the lack of communication. You receive an email saying no one has accepted your request for the availability of my schedule, no replacement attempts, no change of date.
We lacked the work of our first cleaning but never could get rescheduled. That's where we are right now.
