Did not realize there was a $50 monthly fee to have my house cleaned once a month. This would make the cost $40 an hour with no tip.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Used back up documentation and persistent emails. Did not agree to a partial resolution.

Why am I being charged for a subscription that was cancelled after the first cleaning? A cleaner came in December 2024.

She didn't finish the job and left without any explanation. I want the cancelled subscription charges credited to my card immediately!

If the couod give a zero i would . As we never even had them come ti our home. Yet they charged my mom for 6months before I caught on while looking over her bills

I am being wrongly charged without having any membership or having cleaners come for any appointments.

Hi, I am Deepal Haria and I had requested a one-time cleaning in the month of January, which was also wrongfully charged, as they mentioned it was free while booking but charged $39. After that, I hadn't even requested any recurring cleaning.

But I have been wrongly charged for three months after that. The cleaners never showed up even if there was a membership. 1- I would like to cancel any membership I'm forced into right away without any charges. 2- I need a refund for all the charges I've been charged before this.

That is $49 each month for four months.

I need this to be taken into consideration as soon as possible because this is ridiculous and I'm being charged for no reason. I would report this as fraud if my money is not refunded and the membership is not canceled without any fee.

I paid for cleaning service upfront and the cleaner I was supposed to get never showed up , the services was never complete and the cleaver lied about the hours they were here. The person asked to leave to go pick up the actual cleaner and was gone for a lengthy amount of time, it got late, the actual cleaner promised to come back the next day and never showed.

Homeaglow continues to attempt to debit my accounts without resolving the issue with full refund as I requested. I attempted to reach them several times and can only get sales over the phone.

This company is a total fraud. I want ALL of my money back and do not want their services moving forward

Buy cleaner canceled at the last minute after sending me a message that she was arriving on schedule time. It was less than an hour before she was supposed to be there.

This is not acceptable.

Your policy states I would get charged $40 if I canceled that late; I feel I should get a $40 credit for the same reason. How do I go about canceling Homo Glow?
