You have been charging my credit card. I have not received any work from Homeglow service.

I need you to reimburse me for all of the charges on my credit card. It has been going on for a year.

Never received cleaning was not home when they came out to clean on Jan. 1st 2025 still need the cleaning done that you received payment for

I scheduled a cleaning appt a week out for my grandmothers house to be cleaned. Once we got a confirmation for a different date I called the customer service number they answered said nothing and hung up. Thats disappointing because Ive used homeaglows service before and the cleaner did a phenomenal I recommended their services to my family.

Chris was friendly and professional. He calmed my fears of having someone come into my cluttered home to clean for the first time. I felt so much better looking around my house by the time Chris had completed the job.

She is amazing, I love her work and she is very efficient. Will request her again for my next cleaning.

MariAlyce had my list to follow and she did a nice thorough job on all but one thing. She must have misunderstood that I wanted the floor cleaned thoroughly behind the furniture I moved out from the wall.

It appeared that she cleaned only the board that covered the holes in the floor under the new radiator.

I know shell get it next time! Shes very detailed in her cleaning!

Sammi did an awesome job on our first time cleaning today; we have 2 large fluffy dogs plus on site construction which leads to lots of dog hair and construction dust, so not an easy task to manage. The house looks great, cant wait to have her back again!

She got my closet organized by colors!!! She is really about being neat and organized even when I told her to just put it in the drawer. Lolbs Shes about cleaning!!

My credit card has been charged with services that were not rendered since January, if not before that. My credit card company is now investigating this situation.

overcharged and they make the *** paper too detailed and they dont state its a contract with a 70$ cancellation fee up front

I dont need it anymore I moving away i living with my daughter and family so need to cancel my contract dont take any money out my account plus I didnt get my house cleaned on the 9th Diana and family area sick
