There haven't been anyone in my home since Oct. 2025!
Yourke, the original cleaner, stated she had some sort of flu and couldn't make it! I get an email stating a Chad will be at my house on 3/1/2026! First of all, my husband will not allow a male cleaner in my home! Second of all, I only clean on Saturday!
I go to church on Sunday! Finally, you cost my account to cover the limit and charge me astronomical fees, and I haven't seen any service since last year! My new number is 445-215-****! I'm a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income!
I can't afford your subscription, especially when I'm not getting any service! Please refund any money that's due to me and cancel my subscription immediately!

They're telling me that I would have to pay $210 to cancel my subscription or 6 months' payment of $59, even though I don't want their services because it's not good.
Preferred solution: Cancel my subscription without paying that $210 which I never authorized them to put me to subscribe for every two weeks

I have previously sent back proof of my last lockout being a valid one after they tried to tell me that it wasnt valid because I did not text when I got to the clients place. But, no where in their terms and conditions or other stipulations does it say that were required to text upon arrival.
Were required to call which I did 3 times over a half hour period the proof was sent on the 21st and my account is still blocked on Feb 22nd 2026 I received an email from them saying that I had not responded to a previous message and also wanted information about the lockout I responded to the first message they referred to back on Feb 16th 2026. And I had already messaged back about the lockout details on Feb 21st, 2026 but regardless I sent all my proof again and wrote another email
They have now responded almost a week later with a very vague answer saying Im permanently revoked from their platform stating that my account was in violation of their terms and conditions. I responded asking what term or condition I violated and they have not responded
Theyre in violation of their own terms and conditions by stealing $40 from me saying the lockout was invalid when I followed all the guidelines they had set in place to claim the lockout fee in the first place. I sent them proof of everything and I still remain deactivated
If there are any lawyers out there willing to handle a case like this please reach out to me because something needs to be done about a company that doesnt even follow their own rules while having the power to cut off a persons revenue for no reason at all.

They need new management and better employee customer service. The platform itself is great but the clowns not following their own policy need a taste of what their dishing out

I really just started working on my first job, and now my account is deactivated. Nobody will tell me why, and there's no reason to do that to someone.

Then Homeglow comes on my account and says, 'You can clean this one, but after that, you can't get any more jobs,' and then they deactivated my account without telling me why. Then they said, 'We looked at your account, and we're still going to deactivate it.

Just kept trying to get me to keep the monthly service for a discounted price.
Told them no several times and they did not offer a solution or to cancel. Just said I would be charged $105 to cancel

I want my money back for the escess fees charged to me. The additional fees were never clearly explained when I became a client and I honestly feel deceived.
