Cancelled this service a year ago and you are still charging me. Please refund my money immediately.

I wanted to have clothes put away and organized, and they did none of that. They broke a plant in my kitchen, and they just started to do things without telling me, and I am not satisfied with the service.

I want to cancel my subscription, and there's literally no way to cancel it. I don't like my information being under this damn site.

I want my account canceled immediately. There's a lot of false advertisement going on on this freaking site.

My first services was supposed to be $19.99, yet I was charged $49. Booked my second cleaning and they didnt show.

My first cleaner only did an okay job but I didnt complain because it was supposed to be $19.99 but then no show and no communication on my second even though I reached out. I am obligated for 3 more cleanings and I will never use them after that again.

I'm a senior on a fixed income. I told the screener this. They offer a voucher; however, she didn't inform me that cleaners charge extra fees. I realize I shouldn't have trusted them and should have checked for myself.

I still feel that I was taken advantage of.

They don't have a customer service phone number for a reason.

When I called and tried to cancel, they hung up on me three times, and the call screener pretended to be three different people. They are not upfront about the full cost of their service and are unprofessional.

She texted me the other day and advised me she would be here from 10 AM to 1 PM. I've texted her twice.

Very thorough! Cleaning took longer than I planned, but totally worth it.

Very clean floors, corners, baseboards, toilets, sinks, etc! And shes kind and super respectful.
